I had ligament injury so I went to ortho and they gave pain killers and prescribed physiotherapy exercise.I diligently did the exercise for one month.There was slight improvement but knee pain was still there.Next I tried ayurveda panchakarma and oil treatment Not much improvement.
By this time already seven months has passed and I went into depression and anxiety.
After all this I got Details of Dr Prashant D and booked an appointment. In the first consultation Dr explained in detail about Marma chikitsa and treatment process .In the first session itself I could feel knee pain getting reduced.
During everyday session Dr Prashant listen to your concerns and starts the treatment.Dr was very patient in explaing root cause of the issue and treatment process.
After the treatment I see tremendous improvement in my knee pain and in anxiety and stress levels.
Dr Prashant treated me with Marma Chikitsa and counseling for depression and knee pain.
